The Talihina Municipal Airport is located in the beautiful Kiamichi Valley, close to the town of Talihina. Known for spectacular scenery, stunning fall foliage, and the awe inspiring Talimena Skyway; the Talihina area is a hidden gem at the western edge of the Ouachita Mountains. Bounded by Sardis Lake to the west and the National Forest to the east, there is no better place to enjoy breathtaking scenery, abundant wildlife, and spectacular starry skies at night.
